Ho'oponopono - Ceremony of Forgiveness and Reconciliation
​Ho’oponopono means "to make right" in Hawaiian. This is a very powerful tool for clearing blocked energy and thoughts that no longer serve you.  This process restores balance within and without. It is also very healing when you have lost someone you love.  There will be an introduction of the concept; meditation and practice led by the instructor. ​

Coloring Consort Sundays

​Consort, a rather outdated word.  The obsolete definition is to associate or to keep company.  That’s us!  We will keep each other company while we do something that was rather obsolete for adults:  COLORING!
We’ve seen all the articles on how coloring releases stress and promotes creativity.  Join us for a pleasant stress releasing 2 hours.  Our first hour will feature quiet coloring and contemplation with some brief individual Reiki provided by Reiki Master, Lauren Mangan.  The second hour will be more social with refreshments. 
Benefits:  relaxation, re-connection with your creativity, low pressure creativity, mindfulness, stress relief, a safe place to find some peace 
What you need:
A coloring book – available through Amazon, gift shops, book stores, toy stores, or we can copy a design for you to use during your session
Color media – colored pencils (bring a sharpener with you), or markers; or we can provide you with some coloring implements
Don’t worry if you don’t have the materials, we’ll take care of you!
