I find energy healing to be highly effective. Energy healing has a number of forms all slightly different from each other. Much of our physical pain comes from stress. Our bodies often manifest pain as a symptom of our overworked fight or flight responses, or emotional distress. Energy therapy, in its many forms, is a method to reduce that stress and release the energy that gets pent up with the stresses of everyday life, whether they are large or small. Sound Therapy It’s all about your vibration. Feeling depressed, feeling under the weather, experiencing pain? Also known as vibrational medicine, the practice employs the vibrations of the human voice as well as objects that resonate to go beyond relaxation and stimulate healing. I use gemstone and quartz crystal singing bowls, drums, rattles, tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, bells and chimes to realign and raise your vibration. Sound session $65
Universal White Time Gemstone Healing This is next level healing using crystals and gemstones in an array on the body. The crystals and gemstones contain a frequency and vibration that correspond to the energy centers within the body. I have witnessed many emotional and spiritual breakthroughs during my Reiki sessions as well as a reduction in chronic pain.
